In a nutshell, we collect only what you are willing to give.

We certainly like to know as much about our clients and prospective clients as possible. This allows us to create future trips more specifically geared to your tastes.

However, you always have the freedom to limit the information you give to us via the internet. In fact, none of the forms we provide for communicating with us, except for ‘Tell a Friend’, have any required information boxes. Of course, without a first name and an email at a minimum, we cannot respond to inquiries!

If you decide to reserve a space and travel with us, additional information will be required, such as a passport number, birth date, physical address for mailing you materials, etc.

Security
Your information is stored on a non-public server and is accessed only by CULTURE XPLORERS employees.

Choice
If you have registered to receive communications from us and later change your mind, you may contact us to have your name removed from our mailing lists. Just send an email to info@culturexplorers.com with the word ‘remove from lists’ in the subject line.
